Ignite Creates Six Business Leaders and Persists with Plans to Grow Sustainably

Six people, Kelly, Aaron, Jack, Xavier, Allen, and Mike, have just been promoted to positions of leadership within Ignite, while Paul is very close to reaching the Assistant Directorship level. The six individuals receiving promotions have been given higher levels of responsibility because of their shining performance as Marketing Representatives. Meeting consumers from all walks of life, offering knowledgeable brand representation with a smile, and hitting their promotional goals with consistency, these individuals have demonstrated their commitment to driving for the finish line. Now, the CEO believes it is time for them to learn about recruitment, how to train newer colleagues, and become more accountable and responsible for satisfying the objectives of paying clients.

"I can't think of any people in Ignite who deserve promotions more than these six individuals," the CEO added. "Now, each of them will be accountable for orchestrating campaigns in five locations while managing seven of the Marketing Representatives they used to work with.” He went on to explain that these Team Leaders are going to need to face all daily operations with an entrepreneurial perspective, take initiative, and make crucial business decisions that center on recruitment and teambuilding.

"During their initial training session, they learned everything there was to know about working effectively as a group and as individuals. But now, a priority for them is going to be instilling a sense of teamwork in the people they hire. It's important they communicate with one another, treat challenges with positivity and relish, and coordinate accounts to achieve the goals of each client. I am also going to be looking at how they organize flagship campaigns and make adaptations in response to the demographics they are targeting."

The six new Team Leaders are also delighted to get to work. Each of them has boundless energy, an enthusiasm to succeed, and further ambitions to grow as high-performing professionals. Every quarter, Ignite has the chance to nominate Account Managers to head to the Keys to Success conference as well as the Top Leaders Meeting in Dallas, Texas. This past quarter, the firm's talented team requested six places. Matthew, Paul, Linda, Allen, Kelly and Aaron were all in attendance, taking advantage of the chance to build contacts, rub shoulders with executives, and listen intently to speeches from professionals who have made it into the upper echelons of the direct marketing sector.
