Promotions and Team Social Events Mean Growth For Instinct

CENTENNIAL, CO – Instinct, a direct marketing firm that delivers remarkable and tangible results for their clients, marks the first quarter of the year with personnel promotions, new team members, and great company events.

PRLog - Mar. 25, 2014 - CENTENNIAL, Colo. -- Instinct’s team members have been working hard to reach their professional development goals, and in the process have contributed to the major success of the company at large. In February, Instinct achieved their best profit numbers thus far, and is on the rise with each completed week. Working as a cohesive team, each Brand Representative is mastering the skills they’ve learned in the company’s Management Training Program by putting lessons they’ve learned from mentors into practice in the field. The remarkable numbers that they’ve constantly delivered for their clients has led to several promotions within the company in recent months. The promoted team members have proven themselves to be extremely driven, allowing them to reach new career highs with further prospects for advancement in the future.

Patrick and Daryan have shown particular drive and professional growth, contributing to their promotions to Account Manager. These two individuals have spent their time at the company pursuing success on all levels by delivering outstanding services for Instinct’s clients. With attention to detail and powerful motivation, they’ve made each campaign a huge success, netting profitability for the clients they represent. “Daryan and Patrick really pushed the limits of their current roles, putting them on the fast-track to these promotions through hard work and determination. We’re looking forward to what they will be able to do with their new responsibilities as leaders for our company. The promotions are certainly well-deserved,” stated Instinct’s CEO.

The exciting new responsibilities for these two developing leaders include overseeing specific clients and ensuring that the direction of each campaign is consistent. Patrick and Daryan will also be in charge of demographic research and as new Account Managers will need to develop a plan for the implementation of each promotional event to ensure maximum profit gains for their clients. They will also handle a great deal of public speaking, account coordination, and meeting with new candidates, as well as training new and existing employees on the Instinct business model. By training and molding team members, they will gain additional management skills, learning how to enable others to succeed as they have.

Patrick and Daryan will be able to practice their training skills soon as Instinct is ramping up their team to fill in positions left vacant due to expansions and promotions. The company recently welcomed Kate to the Instinct family and she will be participating in the company’s comprehensive Management Training Program in no time. The program is designed to hone individuals into tomorrow’s leading entrepreneurs and teaches new team members invaluable business skills such as accounting and bookkeeping, human resources management, team building, office administration, talent scouting and recruitment, among many others.

Teamwork an Essential Part of Instinct’s Corporate Culture

One of the specific principles that contributes to Instinct’s business success is the cultivation of a united team. Not just any team – but a team of exceptional individuals that knows how to work together to achieve the best results possible. As a way of fostering this kind of cohesive, positive corporate culture, Instinct regularly hosts social events that cultivate the company’s family culture. One of Instinct’s team members recently commented, “We love getting together as a team frequently. It keeps our bond strong and allows us to continue to get to know one another. The stronger we are as a team, the better we work together as a unit and that’s why we’re able to execute such great campaign events for our clients.”

The team at Instinct holds weekly events every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during which team members get involved in sports and health activities such as basketball and yoga. Most recently, the team had a Superbowl Team Night where employees had a fantastic time cheering on the Denver Broncos. While the Broncos did eventually succumb to the Seattle Seahawks, it was still a winning night for Instinct’s team as they had the chance to relax and enjoy each other’s company. These social activities help Instinct function better as a unit and achieve amazing results through teamwork. “Superbowl Team Night was a great experience,” stated one Account Representative. “It’s really encouraging to be a part of a company that looks to strengthen its team in so many diverse and often fun ways. But it’s not just about fun - with every teambuilding event held I’ve noticed how our team has gotten better, we’re able to communicate more effectively, and we’ve gotten to know each other so well that we can work together in such a way that we bring out the best in each other.”

With the incredible bonding time that the company creates, team members are learning how to strengthen their teamwork, furthering the tight-knit structure of the company and, in turn, the successes of the clients they represent.
