The exciting new responsibilities for these two developing leaders include overseeing specific clients and ensuring that the direction of each campaign is consistent. Patrick and Daryan will also be in charge of demographic research and as new Account Managers will need to develop a plan for the implementation of each promotional event to ensure maximum profit gains for their clients. They will also handle a great deal of public speaking, account coordination, and meeting with new candidates, as well as training new and existing employees on the Instinct business model. By training and molding team members, they will gain additional management skills, learning how to enable others to succeed as they have.
Patrick and Daryan will be able to practice their training skills soon as Instinct is ramping up their team to fill in positions left vacant due to expansions and promotions. The company recently welcomed Kate to the Instinct family and she will be participating in the company’s comprehensive Management Training Program in no time. The program is designed to hone individuals into tomorrow’s leading entrepreneurs and teaches new team members invaluable business skills such as accounting and bookkeeping, human resources management, team building, office administration, talent scouting and recruitment, among many others.
