Gabriel is please to announce, we are doing well...despite the hateful rethoric coming from 1-3 people, in 18 years, who have trouble with understanding a contract..., and yet again, 2 of these people, haven't ever used our services, and one is an Ex, with an Axe to Grind... Our contract... in our contract; it does states..."if you hire us to do do your business, we must be paid up front, and as our hours of services, they are non-refundable, until you purchase your car, we make that request, and as per our terms and conditions!  It can be no simplier.  So, as our logo says,,, don't sign anything at a dealer, until you are 100% sure of what your signing!  We've said this for years.

Because of Freedom of Speech!  Now; know this, as reported,  "the actual; owner of this fake report; acceptting site, Rip Off Report.Com" is reportedly, actually in hiding... because of allowing these eroneous reports, allowing them to threaten or harm people's name or business.  There is no remedy for this!  They allow these fake reports to go onto the site, then have offered, through another site designed to clean your reputation,,, a fee paid extortion!  they've offered me a $12,000 payment arrangement to have the fake report removed.  Not only that... But they've made it so; that the actual author of the fake report, an Ex, an disgruntled business partner, a person, just hell bent on being mean; can't even change his/her mind and remove it, themselves... Why?  Because its'  a racket, under a vail of threat that the "eroneous report" they say at Rip Off Report.Com; it can ruin your business or personal name, or they can clean it up with a system they use; and by this, thru making you pay money by re-directing the report to positive reviews they create... and they want you to send that money on your credit card.  I have been told by counsel to not pay 1 cent.... And i will not.  because, anyone with an axe to grind, can post on any site at any time, and can get a few followers who want to find a reason to not used a service or to so call,  check up on a person's name. Personally, all the report did was give credence to the claim.... This is a Trash Site!  Designed to make someone money!

To create a site for people with low morals to use, to trash your name or any business name, then create another site to offer services to clean up your business name, for a price; is low!  Car Buyer's Etcetera will not pay one cent...and, to not investigate any claims, as Rip Off Report.Com does tell the public; (it does not, and does nothing to validate the report, is disgusting). Their only purpose, is not to inform the public of a business, but to extort from a business, through scare tactics!  I, Oliver Gabriel, President and Owner of Car Buyer's Etcetera says, "Leave it, because it hasn't disturbed our business, & our referrals, keep raining in. We will not be held hostage at all; by a bandit, and coward; and by whom?  A person with a 430 credit score; really?  No way!  Rip Off Report.com is in business for one thing, to place cheaps adds along side its' site, for credit repair, and reputation repair companies that pay them to be on their site, created by their owner, to make money on a Company's fear. Personally; i just get up, Praise God, & go about my day. Hell, even my own brother tried to trash my name, after a family argument; on Car Reviews.com. Lets' face it, People, there are evil people in the world; just turn on the news, & you'll see cowards act out everyday!  They can say what they want, and threaten what they might, but know this, It's not what you're called, its what you answer too. And, in closing;  We do your business, and for that, as we have instructed for the BBB to place on our BBB page.... Be sure you want our services, because it is not refundable, until the time inwhich you purchase a vehicle, and as per our terms and conditions. This; which is signed, upon using our service, with no ambiguity, crystal clear, is what is the backbone of our business, clarity.  We realize the nature of the people we sometimes attract, (credit challenged clients) who have not paid "on time" for many items, and services; as their credit report reflects. We did not create your situation, but we we help you to repair it!   Now, it would seem, the cowardly woman, asking for people to help her; like she's pleading for air, (lol), to stop me, or in her eyes, destroy my name, while not using her's; for fear of being sued; but, she didn't tell the public, she was my disgruntled Ex-Girlfriend, going on two sites, including Car Reviews.Com and Yelp,  and never bought a car with my company!  Yelp.com, has removed her eroneous review.  She is using no name; just; looking to poison, what is good. A business name; which has been helping people since 1995. Now, she is bent on using her time to achieve this goal. There is no remedy, or cure, and I will not waste my time to fight a cowardly act.  I only ask; that the public is smarter than this.  So, to the Buying Public, we will help you purchase & get you into a car, using our sercvices, but i will not break from protocal of business.... And we will not pay Rip Off Report.Com to clear our company's name, when "any idiot" with a personal axe to grind; with me, can post on a site, any un-truths they want.  We will not start a presidence of paying to hush people. If you have a gripe... take it to me, go to court, start a class action,,, but if you think you can waive a red flag and scare me with a rip off report accusation,, you'd better pack a lunch, because this is going to take awhile.... You are bitter, disgruntled, and have a meritless claim, and can take it no court, no where, accept to a trash site to the few whom are skeptical, and look for a reason to not use us, and/or would take advantage as you've tried. Find peace.  You've giving us a platform to show what you are not. Which is Truthful.  You can't even use your own name, for fear of being sued, because it is not truthful.
