Keller Williams SouthPark Announces Leadership Changes & Team Acquisition

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - March 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Keller Williams Charlotte-SouthPark office today named Keeley Brown Tase Team Leader and CEO.  The company also announced veteran broker Chuck Adkins’ seven- member team is joining Keller Willams after spending more than 20 years at RE/MAX.

Brown Tase will be taking over for founding Team Leader, Nancy Turner, who will transition to the role of productivity coach focused on training and coaching brokers to their full potential.

Prior to joining Keller Williams Charlotte-SouthPark last May as the Assistant Team Leader, Brown Tase briefly worked as a tenant rep broker at Cassidy Turley. Before that, she spent 11 years with the Charlotte Business Journal as a Senior Business Development Consultant and top 10 producer for American City Business Journals nationally.

“We’ve been grooming Keeley for this role since her arrival 10 months ago,” said Turner.  With her sales expertise and knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate, we are confident she is the right person to lead the KW SouthPark Market Center forward and grow this office.”

Chuck Adkins joins Keller Williams Charlotte-SouthPark after 23 years at RE/MAX Executive Realty where he consistently ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents. Chuck’s team sold 85 area homes in 2013 for a volume of $24 million.  Adkins is the author of two best-selling books on real estate: Selling Your Home in 45 Days or Less and Buying a Home at the Best Price and Terms.
