American Institute of Dental Assisting enhances customer service with new company wide IP PBX

American Institute of Dental Assisting, a well known school in Mesa Arizona, which is now entering its 13th year as the top rated dental assisting school in Arizona, has entrusted 3CX as their telephony provider.
 
MESA, Ariz. - March 25, 2014 - PRLog -- American Institute of Dental Assisting offers a 13 week hands on course that prepares students to work as a dental assistant. Their school is very unique as it is the only dental assistant school that has real clinical time during the course. Students are given the ability to work with a real dentist and help assist while working on a real patient.

Bryan Hastings the Information director, was looking to find a new solution to replace the complex and unreliable phone system they had.  He was looking for something that was reliable, able to accommodate a large number of calls and to integrate and connect all of the staff.

"We have staff members that are in the office different days of the week and non traditional business hours. We needed something that would help connect all of our faculty members and provide better service to our current students and alumni."

A key factor to Mr. Hastings decision on implementing 3CX was that it has also increased productivity and mobility to the staff by staying connected while out of office. "Staff member are now able to stay in touch at all times and we are able to provide better communication and service to our current and future students."
