Hari Om Yoga School Releases Yoga Teacher Training Schedule for 2014

SEZZADIO (AL), Italy - March 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Hari Om Yoga School, an esteemed Yoga alliance teacher training provider, has released its training schedule for this year.

The school explained that they will be teaching Hari Om yoga in various areas in the world, with the aim of helping people understand the beauty of the art—as well as to help soon-to-be teachers gain that needed foundation that will allow them to share the needed principles more clearly.

According to the Hari Om Yoga School, teacher training retreats are quite vital, considering the fact that the core purpose of Hari Om yoga is to help people find their inner balance. As it is, teachers must be able to learn how to guide their students in finding that “center”—by starting out as students themselves.

The well-respected yoga school added that they are offering 200-hour and 500-hour Hari Om Yoga trainings—and interested parties can just choose the hours that they believe will offer the best benefits for them.

On the other hand, the 300 and 500-hour teacher training will involve more complex principles and teachings, including but not limited to the following: twisting and rotating Asanas, backbends, Bhramari Pranayama and Bastrika, Vastu and the use of Essences in the Yoga practice, anatomy, Yoga therapy and many others.

Accordingly, those interested with the 300 and 500-hour teacher trainings will need to have a 200-hour Yoga alliance diploma in order to qualify.

The initial schedules for the Hari Om School’s teacher training retreats are as follows:

Italy – August 15 to September 4 2014, to be held at the Cascina Bellaria (200-hour training).

Costa Rica – September 20 to October 11 2014, to be held at Samasati (200-hour training).

The 500-hour Yoga teacher training has been scheduled on August 15 to September 14, 2014, to be held at Cascina Bellaria, Italy.
