Part of the Continuing Education program of the University of Texas at Austin, the conference focuses on mine health and safety practices and this 32nd annual conference held at the Oklahoma City Sheraton.
Hancock’s workshop will be conducted from 3-3:45 p.m. in the Green Country Room and is entitled “Electrical Safety & Lockout/Tagout Issues.” Some of the other topics that will be covered at the event include MSHA Part 77, fall protection, emergency planning and workplace violence prevention, disaster management and public communications, as well as equipment safety topics.
