Follow on Google News | India Voted the World’s Best Educated CountryStudents, teachers and parents voted worldwide in the World Top 20 Education Poll’s first Public Opinion Online Voting poll to select the world’s best educated country.
By: NJ MED India beat out 9 other major nations in the 8 week public opinion poll, and gains twenty points in the 2014 World Top 20 Education Poll’s first quarter report. That will be released next week, listing the world’s best education systems. Here is: THE PUBLIC OPINION POLL FINAL RESULTS India 20.81% Japan 11.17% United States of America 10.66% Canada 9.14% United Kingdom 7.61% Finland 6.6% South Korea 6.09% China 5.08% Singapore 4.06% Russia 2.03% The results were very surprising and according to NJ MED’s Executive Director, Mr. Albert Mitchell II. Mr. Mitchell II said, “Finland was leading the poll the first five weeks, but India moved up the last three weeks and won by nine plus points over second place Japan. Who was the World Top 20 Education Poll’s 2013 overall winner.” Mr. Mitchell II, also commented, “India is a very aggressive country in their approach towards education. Evident by the new universities, they have build, and their commitment to improving their countries overall literacy rate. But, it will be a great challenge for them to make the World Top20 Education Poll’s list of 20, with the vast gap that exists in early-childhood enrollment rates and math and science proficiency levels in primary education. But, we will see!” The public opinion poll results along with the amount each country is investing in educating a student and, the country’s last year ranking in the World Top 20 Poll will be calculated to project who will make the first Top 20 Best Education Systems list.
