By the use of photography and research pompous hobbit online will show the good the bad and the ugly of male youth of today. The project itself extends far out from the website and forms a much greater work contributing positive messages and actions.

The project is in it's early stages of development and hopes to build up support as it develops from those who have the power to build upon youth acheivement, and to make changes for the better understanding of those often in personal crisis or mental turmoil. Pompous Hobbit is not set to judge anyone, but to show an overview of how things stand today, and bring to attention both the positive and the negatives found within this brief. The project in particular takes a long hard look at emothional behaviorial disorders and how they can impact on a young life.

William David has a background of working with young people - in the past few years mainly performers starting out in acting and performance - but also building upon work within the youth and young persons support, and the issues and problems presented.
