International early stage or technology companies intend to visit Silicon Valley to buid distribution channels or raise capital.  Many are not aware of the expectations of Silicon Valley venture and investment firms, with regard to pitchdeck preparations, local legal compliance, or U.S. marketing through several channels.

VC firms  view over 200 business plans a week.  The competition to even be invited by a VC firm is so severe that pitchdecks, which are poorly prepared documentation and lack a respectable legal infrastructure, will most likely be rejected -- close to 90% of the plans received are discarded on initial review.

Rather than spending thousands of dollars on intrenational travel to return empty handed, it behooves international technology companies to be prepared prior to visiting SIlicon Valley.
