The annual symposium focuses on current issues affecting healthcare. This year will be a look at the role of the non-Medical Doctor in the future of medicine and patient care. Inspired by the effects of the Affordable Care Act implemented and baby boomers and others aging/aging in place—the theme of the event explores the increased need for medical services while the availability of general practitioners has diminished. Mr. Toby is the former regional administrator of the U.S. Health Care Financing Administration He is a well-known expert and sought-after speaker in health care.
