Wenzel Adds 14-year Metrology Veteran to North American Team

WIXOM, Mich. - March 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Wenzel America recently announced the hiring of Patrick Lanthier as its new Business

Development Manager. Mr. Lanthier brings 14 years of experience in every area of metrology operations, management, aftermarket support liasion and sales to the Wenzel America team.

A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Mr. Lanthier started his metrology career with Carl Zeiss in 2000.

“I literally worked every type of job at Zeiss, from aftermarket support liaison with Automotive, high level strategy decisions, sales of instruments and logistics. I learned the company and industry inside and out,” Patrick said. His most recent role involved assisting the executive team in production management.

“At Wenzel America, our roles are not siloed,” Lanthier said. “Which means we can easily shift gears to help our customers measure what matters and improve their products and processes.”

Mr. Lanthier will initially handle aftermarket machine sales for North America, including Xspect Solutions and Renishaw products.

“With his breadth of metrology experience and process knowledge, Patrick is an asset for our company and more importantly, to our customers,” said Wenzel America President, Andy Woodward.
