Garg comes with an exhaustive experience of over a decade in due diligence, statutory audit and internal audit with the Big 4 consulting firms; he was till recently Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services with Ernst & Young.
Having spent around 7 years with EY with a remarkable exposure to over 100 due diligence assignments including strategic buy-outs, PR investments and carve outs in diverse sectors including education, technology, media and entertainment, telecommunication, etc, Garg is all set to leverage his vast experience in the new space.
As a part of his new mandate, Sheetal Garg would spearhead the Finance function of the broadband business. Prior to EY, he was associated with Deloitte (A.F. Ferguson) as a senior team member.
FCA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Garg is hands-on with some marquee transactions for corporate giants nationally and inter-nationally, he also has various publications to his credit.
