One is really hilarious to be around and strikes a good rapport with everyone he meets, while the second Matt has accelerated through our mentorship program faster than anyone I've worked with before. Another one to watch is definitely Shannon, as I see wonderful opportunities in the cards for her as a future superstar."
When asked what keeps him grounded, the firm’s CEO quoted two mottos that he uses to keep his colleagues pumped, driven, and ready for the challenges each working day brings.
