Bosak Honda of Michigan City is a Recipient of the 2013 Honda President’s Award

This is the 10^th time the dealership has received the honor; Bosak Honda in Highland was also awarded the President’s Award for 2013.

The President’s Award is the most prestigious honor given out by Honda to its dealerships. “This award simply illustrates our own mission and vision, it’s better at Bosak. To be eligible for the President’s Award in a given year, a dealership is required to make a commitment to Honda to achieve excellence. Honda looks over the dealerships to see how well they did in sales, their reputation for customer satisfaction, and overall dealership image.

Most dealerships who participate in the President’s Award program do not receive the award. For the 2013, there were more than 1000 dealerships in the United States in the running. In the end, only 173 dealerships received the title, including both Bosak Honda dealerships.

Honda first established the President’s Award program back in 1995, designed as a way to get Honda dealerships to actively improve in order to meet Honda’s strict brand criteria. More recently, the focus of the award has moved towards making sure customers are satisfied when they come to a Honda dealership.
