Omar Malik Joins Lathrop & Gage in St. Louis

Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage, he served as Supervisor – Strategic Tax Planning for Illinois Tool Works, Inc., and as a Senior Associate, International Tax Services for BDO USA LLP in the Chicago office, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Malik practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration,business planning matters and corporate law. He received his bachelor of arts degree from Tufts University, his juris doctor from Washington University School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.
