Dinamiks Ltd shortlisted in Innovation and Employer Of The Year categories in business awards

March 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Dinamiks Ltd, developer of cloud-based Dinamiks, the online employee performance management, talent management and employee development tool, has been short listed in the categories of Innovation and Employer Of The Year at the Observer and Gazette Business Awards 2014.

The awards highlight the best in business in Chichester and surrounding districts, and the winners will be announced at a black tie evening at The Hilton Avisford Park, Arundel, on the April 4th.

For its entry in the Innovation category, Dinamiks Ltd highlighted the use of Dinamiks as a catalyst for changing internal business processes at user company Community Solutions, where external HR company HR Solutions recommended Dinamiks for helping to manage the performance of staff, who are dispersed across nine UK offices, from the south of England to Scotland.

However, under the direction of Community Solutions Director, Peter Cox, the company – which manages NHS projects and properties, including GP practices, nationwide – also innovatively uses Dinamiks for restructuring its internal business processes, to make it more effective, productive and responsive.

In the Employer Of The Year category, Dinamiks Ltd highlighted the steps it takes to ensure everybody in the company has the skills to do their job and that everyone gets on and works together. The company also has a policy of training young apprentices, to prepare them better for the workplace with a wide range of skills.

The past 12 months saw the arrival of a new apprentice, who works alongside a colleague who joined as an apprentice two years ago.  Both are making valuable contributions to the company in the areas of customer service, website design and software development – and new ways of working.  The company combines their youth and outlook with the many years of experience, guidance and business acumen provided by management and senior personnel.

The awards night will be hosted by television host and newsreader Fred Dinenage. Guest speakers are Andrew Ball Global Corporate Communications Manager from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited and Phil Packer MBE from The British Inspiration Trust.
