PRLog - Mar. 20, 2014 - NEW DELHI, India -- The campus of JRN Institute of Aviation Technology was reverberating with Holi songs and students were ablaze with excitement.  Students tapped their toes on Holi based filmy numbers and played safely with dry colours. The celebration started with warm wishes by Mr. Rahul Ranjan – Vice President and Mr. Rajeev Kumar Mishra – Principal cum Ex DGM –Air India.

Mr. Rahul Ranjan greeted students with best wishes and said that it is one of the eagerly awaited festivals which also mark the end of winter season and beginning of spring. The festival, named as, festival of colours gives us a chance to bridge the social gap and renew sweet relationships. He also advised students to must take care of their health and skin along with a lot of fun as they have to focus in exams too.

The enthusiasm of the celebration among students and faculty members made ambience more exuberant and vivid. Students rubbed 'gulal' and 'abeer' on each other’s' faces and cheered up saying, "bura na maano Holi hai". During the celebration, the colourful environment of the college also echoed with festive Bollywood songs like- ‘balam pichkaari……’, ‘holi khele raghuveera…….’ and ‘rang barse……..’. Students were very excited with the celebration. The event ended with thanks note.
