Pierce County Builder Offers Buyers Choice with "Semi-Custom" Homes

PUYALLUP, Wash. - March 19, 2014 - PRLog -- New home buyers in South King and Pierce counties have a new "semi-custom" alternative from local builder JK Monarch. New homes are currently being built in Kent, Edgewood and Puyallup, Washington with a wide range of finish choices and upgrade options that give buyers a custom home finish for less time and expense of a true custom home.

Buyers of pre-sale homes can work with our interior designer to select materials and colors for the standard features to include hardwood floors, cabinets, slab surface countertops, bathroom tile, and carpeting. Buyers may elect to upgrade kitchen countertops from slab granite to quartzite, extend hardwood flooring to additional rooms, and also have a choice of styles for their stainless steel under-mount sink and plumbing fixtures.

In addition, JK Monarch offers buyers the option of building in custom cabinetry in the great room and butler's pantry, or adding extra impact with an arch above the fireplace, vaulted ceiling in the upstairs bedrooms or an upgraded millwork package. Outside, buyers can elect to have custom fencing, decks, patios, landscaping and sprinkler systems.

JK Monarch homes are typically on larger lots than you will find in an average new home community, many surrounded with mature trees and landscaping or backing to a greenbelt. Home sizes range from approximately 1,800 to over 4,000 sq. ft., with most homes averaging 3100 sq. ft.
