Christian, Manager: As a result of of his dedication to cultivating other Assistant Managers, Christian was promoted to Manager and will be opening his very own branch in Tampa in February. His goals of running successful campaigns, overseeing between 10 and 15 stores, and the development he fostered in each new Assistant Manager all contributed to his promotion.
Sal, Assistant Manager: Sal is a team member who has shown great work ethic, turning those individuals he has supervised who are motivated and successful into Account Managers. Because of this, he has been promoted to Assistant Manager, taking on the duties of Social Media, Client Relations, Human Resources Management, and Payroll on his way to opening a new branch in Columbus, Ohio this coming month.
Alexio, Campaign Manager: Demonstrating consistency and hard work as a Marketing Representative, Alexio was promoted to Campaign Manager for a leading brand division and will be launching DMS Corp’s newest campaign in Birmingham, Alabama. His new responsibilities will be in overall client oversight, managing the direction of the campaign, and taking charge of demographics, sales, leads, and training others on this project.
In addition to these promotions, Crystal was also recently recognized as the Administrator of the Year. These acknowledgements and subsequent office openings have created more opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs.
