Don Davis Joins The Noble Law Firm, PLLC

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - March 18, 2014 - PRLog -- CHAPEL HILL, NC – Laura Noble, Founding partner of The Noble Law firm, announced that Don Davis has joined the firm. Davis has served as a successful attorney for over five years. Prior to joining The Noble Law Firm, he practiced bankruptcy law with a Raleigh-based law firm and managed the firm’s Greensboro office, handling cases across two bankruptcy court divisions.  Don’s experience as a bankruptcy attorney provided him with considerable courtroom experience and developed his ability to counsel clients from diverse backgrounds through challenging circumstances.

During his time at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Don focused his curricular, moot court, and extra-curricular activities on employment and labor law, litigation and alternative dispute resolution in addition to completing a summer clerkship for one of the nation’s largest employment law firms. Don demonstrates a unique and genuine passion for the study and practice of employment law and has an academic interest in the intersections of social media, privacy, and the workplace.

Don has also been recognized by the North Carolina Bar Association for his dedication as a volunteer attorney for the Lawyer on the Line program to provide free legal advice to indigent North Carolinians on consumer debt, bankruptcy, and employment issues.
