March 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Man Of The Hour brings you another week in sports. We will discuss Phil Jackson joining the Knicks' and the latest updates on the NFL, NBA and MLB.

The Associated Press reported on Friday, March 14, that Phil Jackson has agreed to run the New York Knicks’ front office and will be formally introduced by the team at a news conference at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday. The Knicks would not confirm or deny the report, only saying a “major announcement” involving team executives was scheduled. Knicks star Carmelo Anthony hinted at the move earlier this week when he said he had heard the Hall of Fame coach was “coming on board”.

NFL: The Tennesee Titans released quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick on Friday, March 14.

NBA: Al Horford is not going try and return for the playoffs if the Atlanta Hawks make the postseason.

MLB: The A’s pitching depth is about to be put to the test. Jarrod Parker was scratched from his scheduled start and will be seeing Dr. James Andrews on Monday, March 18, because of soreness and tightness in his pitching forearm.
