Felicia continued, "The new Assistant Manager is going to be recruited from within my current team, as I believe that giving people promotions based on their achievements is important. I want someone who has a real passion for Indigo Star Concepts, and an inside-out understanding of how to keep day-to-day operations running without a hitch.”

Following on from three months of undeniable momentum for Indigo Star Concepts, Felicia is taking the time to single out some of her talented direct marketing professionals, Cassandra and Dalton, both of whom have been selected to attend the upcoming Keys to Success Conference. Speaking about her selection of these two top performers, Felicia explained, "Cassandra, who started about three weeks ago, has consistently delivered excellent results since. I think she's going to get a lot from this conference because she's always eager to ask questions and absorb information about this thrilling industry."
