Includes 2 planned check-in meetings per month (usually by phone) along with on-call consulting to answer questions/concerns as they arise.

Tier 3 – Mid-Level Support Package:  $450 per month

Ideal for businesses needing both minor day-to-day HR support and also strategic support for HR-related goal setting & implementation.

Includes everything listed in the Tier 2 package along with additional coaching, training, and process development services.

Tier 4 – HR Manager/Director Support Package:  $600 per month

An excellent package for businesses who need ongoing HR support within their organization but do not have the need (or budget) for full-time staff.

Includes up to a total of 10 hours per month (or approx. 2 hours per week) of strategic and tactical human resources support (both on-site and/or remote, as needed).
