Debbie has represented seasoned investors and first-time buyers throughout Orange County, as well as parts of Los Angeles County and Northern California. Having successfully assisted foreign investors in acquiring and leasing income properties in Orange County, LA County and the Bay Area, she is known for her discipline and attention to detail. A former educator with 18 years of classroom experience, Debbie credits her success to her focus on providing her clients with the highest level of service.
Jerry has extensive marketing experience and is a published author. He and Debbie pride themselves on their professionalism, integrity and personal service. “We treat every transaction as if it were our own,” said Debbie. “We understand the high level of trust that our buyers and sellers place in us and we take that responsibility very seriously.”
Debbie and Jerry are California natives who earned their bachelor’s and master’s degrees locally. They are members of the Balboa Bay Club and active parishioners at their church in Dana Point. Debbie and Jerry provide annual support for the Pageant of the Masters event and enjoy the Laguna Beach arts scene.
Former residents of Catalina Island, the couple enjoys sailing, golf, and stand-up paddle boarding with their Chesapeake Bay retriever, Koko. Jerry is a lifelong surfer who drew from over 100 interviews to write his most recent book, “Little Man On Wheels,” a beautifully illustrated biography of pioneering 1960s surfer Dewey Weber.
