The company is listed in the major stock exchanges.Next 100 awards are organized annually by IT- NEXT magazine which are aimed to recognize and reward the new talent in the IT industry every year. A multidimensional test covering the aspects of techno knowledge, management and leadership skills is designed for all the applicants. The shortlisted candidates are judged by a panel of eminent business technical leaders. The applicants are judged on the basis of their hard and soft skills, potential to become the future CIO. Applications inviting for registration opened up on 25-June-2013 and closed on 4- August-2013. Applicants were to appear for the psychometric followed by a personal interview. Winners were sent invitations to attend a gala award night, with all their expenses being paid. The applicants need to be an Indian resident with a minimum of 7 years full time work experience. He needs to work in a company or organization and cannot be self-employed. Mr Jagdip Kumar began his journey from being an engineer with Agra Development Authority to an AGM. Gifted with natural leadership skills and a strong inner bend towards becoming a successful entrepreneur is what drove him. He won the grand title of the Future CIO of India in December 2013. His specialization lies in the field of Information Technology Architecture Planning, e- portal, cloud computing, understanding and implementing various ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), understanding, implementing of dealer management system & supply chain systems, budgeting and e- portal. His role model is Sachin Tendulkar and the hobbies include reading books, doing social service and playing cricket. He strongly believes in empowering and motivating the subordinates to achieve the goals. This is the most appreciable quality reflected in the future CIO. Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Cophey is a book recommended by him. It was a gala night of December 2013 when he was honoured. Wishing him good luck for his future endeavour.
