Bistro Z Restaurant to Offer Something For Everyone at Lavish Easter Brunch

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - March 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Bistro Z, the DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown’s popular, upscale modern bistro restaurant at 455 South Broadway, Tarrytown, is whipping up a lavish Easter Brunch that will offer something for everyone in the family.

For just $38 per person, guests can enjoy an incredible array of culinary creations including a fresh raw bar, brunch station, soup and crisp salads, specially-prepared entrees and a delectable dessert buffet. The mouthwatering extravaganza, prepared by chef de cuisine Frank Troiano, includes a kids buffet.

The attractive family pricing also extends to young adults ($19) and to kids under the age of eight who dine for free. Tax and gratuity are additional.

Begin with jumbo shrimp, oysters and clams with a traditional cocktail sauce or horseradish, mignonette or Tabasco sauce. Enjoy a delicious made-to-order omelet prepared either with fresh eggs, cholesterol-free Egg Beaters® or egg whites with a choice of shredded cheeses, mushrooms, bacon, ham, onions, tomatoes and red and green bell peppers. Also available are cheese blintzes with cherry mango compote; crisp bacon, sausage and tri-color heirloom potato medley; red pepper, manchego and chorizo quiche as well as freshly baked pastries, muffins, croissants and breakfast breads.

The soup and salads station includes a selection of hard and soft cheeses, bakery fresh rolls and breads; baby greens, mandarin orange and toasted almonds with passion fruit vinaigrette; radiatore pasta salad; grilled ramps; heirloom tomatoes and toasted pine nuts; gazpacho salad, queso fresco and spring vegetable soup.

Entrée selections are a slow roasted herbed leg of lamb; brown sugar and mustard glaze ham; herb roasted chicken with morel mushrooms cream sauce; cheese lasagna; roasted fingerling potatoes and haricot vert, glazed carrots and roasted cremini mushrooms.

The dessert buffet offerings include assorted cakes, pies, mini pastries and dessert shooters. The signature white and dark chocolate river dessert comprises fresh cut fruit, cookies, brownies, rice krispy treats, pretzels, marshmallows and more.

Kids at their buffet will enjoy cheese quesadillas, chicken fingers and French fries, beef sliders, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, baked ziti and General Tso’s chicken.
