●      Time Travel - Lisn now enables precise historical captures even if not supported by a social media source.

●      Data Scrubbing- Post-search processing applies a finer grain of exclusion to eliminate false positives and other irrelevant data, as well as providing case sensitive filtering, and author exclusion.

●      Automated Alerts - Lisn’s signature functionality—sentiment scoring—now generates e-mail alerts based on a configurable threshold of customer sentiment. Users can respond in real time to the results they care most about.

●      More Sources - Lisn supports Twitter, FaceBook, Google+, LinkedIn, Yelp (supporting multiple cities), Instagram, YouTube, and specific Web URLs.
