PRLog - Mar. 13, 2014 - ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- PEDS—a non-profit organization dedicated to making metro Atlanta safe and accessible for all pedestrians—has named Radarsign’s co-founder and managing partner, Charlie Robeson, to its Board of Directors. Radarsign is the manufacturer of the world’s first armored driver feedback sign.

Robeson and the Radarsign team have collaborated with PEDS since 2007.  Like PEDS, Radarsign works closely with government agencies, community organizations and others to increase pedestrian safety. Headquartered in Alpharetta, Ga., Radarsign was founded to create durable, dependable, cost-effective traffic-calming solutions that make roads safer for drivers and pedestrians, especially those in school zones.

“Because Radarsign and PEDS share similar goals for street and pedestrian safety, we work with overlapping audiences. Charlie brings a deep understanding of industry-specific opportunities and strengths to the board room,” Sally Flocks, PEDS founder, president and CEO. “We are excited to have Charlie on our Board of Directors.”
