Encasement’s sustained growth outperforms construction sector

March 12, 2014 - PRLog -- New product introductions and market development initiatives, together with an expanded sales team have been key factors in Encasement achieving an 35% growth in turnover during the past 2 years, which exceeds construction sector performance figures by a significant margin.

Increased demand for the company’s decorative casings for social, affordable and private housing together with its commercial range of column casing and interior wall lining solutions has resulted in the company expanding its sales and customer services operations while doubling its warehouse and distribution capacity in Peterborough.

Encasement’s Managing Director, Martin Taylor, explained: “The task for us over the past couple of years has been to increase market share with our existing high quality products, which are well known in the industry, as well as expanding our offer to generate business from new sectors within the construction market.

“By increasing our market presence to build awareness and interest in new products, we’ve been able to sustain our growth pattern, which began five years ago. As a result of our sales success, we have also increased our warehousing, manufacturing and stockholding capabilities, which enables us to offer faster delivery times while allowing our customers to benefit from even more competitive pricing.”

He added: “Recent positive reports about UK growth and the turnaround in the construction sector is great news for everyone involved within the industry and we’re hoping that the trend continues to help the sector to return to pre-credit crisis levels of business.”
