Drupal CxO Day welcomed Drupal specialists in London

Drupal CxO Day was a one-day event held within DrupalCamp 2014 in London lasting from 28^th of February till 2^nd of March.

What was the idea?

The event gathered Drupal executives for sharing best practices and discussing current Drupal trends. It was mostly dedicated to the particular issues and potentials that Drupal business owners face in their companies. Business leaders providing Drupal services, various web development agencies and training companies had the possibility to engage and network with each other. The aim was to create a global community for Drupal players and form a framework to intense collaboration and share best practices in Drupal business development. 2-3 people from one company could register to visit the event. These could be anyone working with Drupal, as well as freelancers and small companies’ representatives.

Program

The event started with registration and breakfast at 9AM. The first part of the day was devoted to several brilliant speeches given by experienced Drupal professionals. The attendees had the possibility to listen to useful tips, advices and unique ideas presented by the speakers. At midday everyone had a small break and lunch.

The second part of the day was held in a totally different format. It was made as an interactive meeting and open discussions. The participants asked questions which they found difficult to resolve, and moderators chose those experts who could provide solutions. Drupal CxO Day had finished at 4PM with drinks reception open to all.
