As Supreme Legacy, Inc. continues to expand across the US, there is an ongoing desire to find the best individuals to contribute to the team’s success. With excellent opportunities for team members to train and develop into standalone business leaders, Supreme Legacy, Inc. is regarded as a great place to find career satisfaction. According to one team member, the opportunities for personal and professional development make this company a great option for those looking for a serious career. “Since joining Supreme Legacy, Inc., I have come so far. The skills and experiences I’ve gained from my work here have made me feel much more confident about my abilities, and I am convinced I will go on to lead a business in this sector one day. By working hard and energizing the team, I’ve earned my first promotion – I just can’t wait to get started, and to push toward the next level in my career. There’s still room for growth, but I know I am in the right place to learn and reach my true potential.”
Supreme Legacy, Inc. Eyes Growth for 2014
Supreme Legacy, Inc.’s team members have been tirelessly working toward achieving ambitious growth objectives over recent months, pushing the team forward while generating consistently impressive results for clients. Abreea was recently promoted from Brand Ambassador to Account Executive, and this opportunity for promotion within the company serves as a reward for her hard work and dedication. By proving themselves as effective business operators, and committed, energetic team players, select individuals are offered chances like this to take their career to the next level. The firm expects to make another such announcement in the coming weeks.
Abreea’s new position will entail a range of different responsibilities and objectives. Account Executives are promoted from Marketing Representatives when they have shown a consistency in their performance, and an energy and passion toward taking on more responsibility and driving the team forward. These positions usually last for around three to six months, before further promotion opportunities can become available.
Account Executives receive management training, and coaching toward achieving their career goals. During this training, team members are shown the ropes of recruitment, retention and training, giving them the ability to recruit new team members and take a more hands-on role in the hiring process. Account Executives are expected to oversee five to seven Marketing Reps, across three to five store locations, as well as helping new team members induct and train them to become valuable contributors to the team.
Everyone who joins Supreme Legacy, Inc. begins as a Marketing Representative. This is an entry-level position, which starts with a week of theoretical training followed by six weeks of shadowing on the job. The goals of these types of training and mentorship experiences is to take an individual up to the required level of knowledge and expertise about Supreme Legacy, Inc.’s innovative business model, before launching them into the field. New Marketing Reps at Supreme Legacy, Inc. learn company history, systems and policies, in addition to learning about clients and their brands.
Regardless of the specific position, team members are all trained according to the company’s unique management training program. This ensures candidates can move from entry level toward a management position within just 10 months of joining the company. The training provides team members with insights into different areas of the business, helping them learn the skills and expertise that will help them achieve better long-term results.
According to one team member, who has successfully become a manager after the training, the Supreme Legacy, Inc. system is a key part of what makes the team so successful. “When I first started out, it was daunting because everything was so new. But as I progressed through the initial training stages, I gained a better understanding of what I was doing and why, which really helped me develop as an individual and a team player. Now I am a manager, I can see just how much my training helped me to get where I am today – now it’s me that does the promoting!”
