This is the ninth time that Martin Group has been awarded the Pro-Tech Service award, an amazing accomplishment, and one that few Konica Minolta dealers obtain. General Manager Rebecca Turk had this to say about Konica Minolta’s recognition of Martin Group’s outstanding efforts. “We are honored to once again receive a Pro-Tech Service Award. But the real benefit of this award goes to our clients. It’s a symbol of quality, and the assurance of the fast, effective, reliable service they can count on from Martin Group.” Attaining the Pro-Tech Service standard is a rigorous and demanding process, according to Ross Gruenwald, Martin Group Field Service Manager. “Every aspect of our operation was closely scrutinized and measured,” Ross recounted. “Our inventory control system, technical expertise, dispatch systems and response time, management skill, and client satisfaction ratings were all evaluated to see if they met the exacting Pro-Tech standards.
