David Bales, principal at Lee’s Los Angeles-Long Beach office, represented buyer Prologis, as well as the seller, Hunter Woodworks, in the transaction. Bales has closed several deals to start 2014 and reported a banner year in 2013, brokering over $63 million in sale and lease transactions.
“The South Bay continues to be a competitive marketplace for these kinds of deals, with few quality listings coming on the market,” said Bales. “Prologis has been interested for quite some time and we were able to facilitate a deal very quickly, effectively meeting the needs of both parties.”
