Spotlite Radio Presents Carol Gailey

LEXINGTON, Ky. - March 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Over the past four years Carol Gailey has always been dedicated to helping people all around her.  As a former health coach, she decided to take her expertise in what she had learned to become a business woman.  She opened SoulGlad Coaching LLC with a strong desire to help people relax and improve their mental clarity.

On Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 12 noon, EST, Carol will be a guest on Spotlite Radio where she will be educating her listeners about tuning forks.  Tuning forks bring sounds that are soothing. She uses sounds for therapy which gives the body the opportunity to open up for improvement of their mind, body and soul. Tuning forks are used as a relaxation method in the healing process.
