Fronsoe is a talent agent and the co-owner of Atlanta Models & Talent. Though fairly new to Atlanta, she is no stranger to the entertainment industry; before becoming a talent agent, she worked in front of the camera as an actress. We recently caught up with her for a quick interview and caught a glimpse into her world. She was very candid when it came to opening up about what it takes to have staying power as a professional in this industry. "First of all, you have to have that passion, that addiction for this entertainment business," Fronsoe stated. "It certainly is not a 9 to 5 job. You have to be able to be strong enough to deal with the emotional highs and lows."
Women In Film & Television Atlanta has been Georgia's foremost entertainment organization is support of women for the last 40 years; Fronsoe has been a WIFTA member since 2013. She says her experience settling into the local industry has been positive thus far. "I’m still fairly new to Atlanta and am truly grateful to have had the support of so many who welcomed me in being part of this wonderful community. It is so exciting to see the development of Atlanta becoming its own production center."
