Lets Fold - The First Social Origami Game
Boasting over 100 engaging puzzles, Let's Fold captures the worldwide love of origami and encourages players to share it with their friends across the globe. The game centers on the unlimited possibilities that can arise from a single sheet of paper, challenging players to match a shape using a set number of folds. This simple premise opens the door to origami newcomers and veterans alike, while the increasingly intricate puzzles keep gamers of all skill levels coming back for more.
The social aspect of Let's Fold transforms a centuries-old pastime into a 21st century shared experience. Facebook and social media connectivity bring exciting competitive elements to origami, an activity that until now was traditionally completed alone. Players can create custom puzzles for their friends to solve, compete for high scores on solo challenges, or even help each other complete levels- there is no shortage of ways to play and connect with friends.
Let's Fold will be available to download for free on Google Play by March 7 and an iOS version is pending release on iTunes. The game is also currently beta testing on Korea's most popular search engine, NAVER. SXSW attendees can play the game on several devices, including the currently unreleased iPad version, at the FiveThirty booth.
