This interactive workshop provides a guide to developing a “Business Plan” for achieving 100% Service Absorption focusing on management processes that will enable every dealer to increase net profits. The Plan will focus on profit building techniques and marketing strategies that will increase sales and build Owner Retention.
Most dealerships have “hidden” profits available to them by focusing on changing processes, monitoring and coaching. Don’s workshop will help Dealers target their biggest challenges and build a business plan to achieve performance improvement and increase service absorption.
