Thelos is a superstitious world full of unknown dangers and known evils. People are scared enough of the dark things that wander the wastes outside their communities, but when one appears among their own they become something dark themselves. Sometimes the things we fear out of ignorance are exactly what we should embrace and protect, for our own good. I am just as superstitious as the next man, but even I have a line I won't cross. This world is savage enough without becoming animals ourselves.”
