Second Fantasy Release From Fantasy Writer

PRLog - Mar. 7, 2014 - PEORIA, Ill. -- Thelos is a superstitious world full of unknown dangers and known evils. People are scared enough of the dark things that wander the wastes outside their communities, but when one appears among their own they become something dark themselves. Sometimes the things we fear out of ignorance are exactly what we should embrace and protect, for our own good. I am just as superstitious as the next man, but even I have a line I won't cross. This world is savage enough without becoming animals ourselves.

PEKIN, IL, Mar. 6 – Local writer, Trever Bierschbach of PEKIN, has recently released his second fantasy short “Wastelander: Not as They Appear” on Amazon.com for the kindle.  Trever has published in local periodicals as well as poetry collections in the past, and now his second work of fiction available worldwide.  He plans to release several stories in this series along with other shorts and is currently working on his first novel.

Trever, a software analyst in PEORIA, has been a writer for as long as he can remember.  He is a student, father and husband, and editor of the online webzine “Frags and Beer”, along with more hobbies than he can count.

Set in a fantasy world that suffered a great cataclysm ages ago, “Wastelander: Not as They Appear” is a post-apocalyptic fantasy that follows the struggles of a man named Dez.  In this second story, Dez faced with a tough choice between his deep seated superstition and protecting the weak.  He must decide if one young life is worth risking his own in the face of fear and magic.  Will saving a young girl’s life be the right choice, or unleash darkness on the world that he doesn’t have the means to fight?

“Wastelander: Not as they Appear” is available on Amazon.com now in kindle version.  Watch for upcoming releases and bonus material from Trever and Blue Dragon Publishing.

Trever is available for interviews, contact magus_taliesin@hotmail.com.
