-- Ironside Human Resources is always working with hospitals on a national level and was recently retained by a rural hospital after a Joint Commission audit. The hospital was made aware of some immediate changes that needed to be made and part of the changes included some key recruitment initiatives. They called with several important roles and Ironside Human Resources moved into action. Kara Carter got a great understanding of the urgency and the departsments she would be working with. Kara has been able to provide candidates in an immediate time frame for the hospital to start resolving the recruitment side of the equation. "We are pleased that our client trusted us to work with them on this level and be a true partner to them"said Doug Carter, CEO of Ironside Human Resources.
Ironside Human Resources is always looking to partner with hospitals on projects such as this at it challenges us and at the same time allows us to provide a great service to the hospital in need and the community that the hospital serves. "We truly are rewarded when we make a placement in a community in need"says Kara Carter, Managing Partner at Ironside Human Resource.
