SEOUL, South Korea - March 6, 2014 - PRLog -- JJS Media Co., the developers of the app MyMusicTaste (http://www.mymusictaste.com/) will be demonstrating their fan initiated concert making platform as part of the 10 Korean start-ups in "Geeks from Gangnam'" at the SXSW Trade Show. Visitors can find them in booth #1214 from March 9-12.

MyMusicTaste is a concert organizing platform that allows music fans from around the world to initiate live music concerts by becoming "Tastemakers". Users select their favorite artists and the city where they would enjoy having a live concert. After indicating the amount they would be willing to pay for tickets, they can "Make" the concert to indicate their interest. They can then share their "Make" on Facebook, encourage their friends to also "Make" concerts, and see what other fans are "Making" through out the world.

When bands and concert locations reach a significant level of interest, the JJS Media team can reach out to artists and promoters with meaningful data about where their fans are and how much they are willing to pay. This simultaneously allows artists to find new markets and lowers the financial risks in producing concerts. MyMusicTaste enables both international and indie artists to forecast demand for concerts outside of their immediate market, bridging the gap between artists, promoters and fans for more fan-centric concert creation.

One of the recent fan-created successes since the app's launch in November of 2013 is booking the popular K-Pop band Lunafly in several locations throughout Central and South America (Venezuela, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Mexico). It has been appropriately titled the Made by You Tour. In this YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOtf5W2ey_E&feature=yo...) band members announce the concert in Costa Rica that makes them the first K-Pop band to perform in that country. The app is available for free download from iTunes and Google Play.
