Mach Mechanical, based in Cookeville, Tennessee, elected Brothers Fire to install fire sprinklers in building 758 on the United States Air Force Base in Minot, North Dakota.
Installation will begin after the old system is demolished on March 17, 2014. After all is said and done, the project is expected to take 1150 man hours and 15 weeks to complete.
Brothers Fire Protection is modernizing the hanger with a new fire pump, and a galvanized schedule 40 fire sprinkler system.
Mach Mechanical chose Brothers Fire Protection to embrace Minot Air Force Base's motto, "Only the Best Come North." The project will be completed by some of the best in the business.
Brothers Fire Protection has completed several airport installations in the past around Minneapolis, St Paul, St Could and Duluth. The team feels very prepared for this job.
"With employees and family who currently serve our country in the military, we are very proud to be associated with this project," said Stephen R. Cieslukowski, owner of Brothers Fire Protection. "We are honored that Mach Mechanical could see we are up to the challenge."
