YBE Magazine begins second year of publication with new issue, new partnership

ATLANTA - March 5, 2014 - PRLog -- After a successful first year making the transition to a full-fledged publication from a blog-style website, YBE Magazine begins its second year with its fifth issue and new partnerships.

YBE Magazine has joined forces with Young Black Minds, LLC, an organization whose focus is to inspire youth to live beyond their dreams by reminding them of their endless potential through motivational speaking and inspirational entertainment. With their similar mission statements, YBM CEO Lauren Anderson and YBE founder Eric Foster agree that this partnership will be mutually beneficial for their organizations as well as for the youth they serve.

“Young Black Minds is proud to partner with YBE Magazine,” says Anderson. “We look forward to assisting YBE in its efforts to promote intellectual development among youth and to combat negative media images in minority communities. We are excited to contribute and partner with this like-minded publication to fulfill the mission of both of our entities.”

The fifth issue of YBE Magazine, which focuses on empowering young people through education, culture and history, features several contributions from YBM members as well as interviews with businessmen Femi Faoye, CEO and co-founder of DREAM (Developing Responsible Economically Advanced Model-Citizens, Inc.) and Luke Cooper, CEO and founder of Asurvest.
