Wiegand Realty Launches in Carlsbad, California

CARLSBAD, Calif. - March 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Long-time real estate agent, Wendy Wiegand, announces the launch of Wiegand Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage firm with headquarters in Carlsbad, California.  Wiegand Realty specializes in residential real estate sales throughout San Diego County with an emphasis on North County Coastal.  The firm also welcomes client referrals from Temecula and Orange County.  Formerly with Tierra Capital, Wendy will be president of the new firm.

Announcing this new venture, Wendy said:  "As broker/owner of my own firm, I
will be better able to help my clients, whether buyers or sellers, owners or
investors, with any issues that arise in the process of making a very important
life decision for most.   Prior to working in real estate, I was a branch and
account rep manager, so I have experience managing sales people, and I look

During her fourteen years in the real estate industry, Wendy has built a strong educational foundation by earning designations and certifications that allow her to provide a higher level of professional service for her clients.  Wendy's extensive training to earn the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation involved in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Only 3 percent of realtors earn the GRI designation.

Wendy has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation which is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria over a three year period.  Wendy's other outstanding credentials as a Certified Foreclosure Specialist (CFS), a Certified HAFA Specialist and a Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) differentiates her real estate expertise from other brokers in helping distressed clients through difficult issues.

Additionally, Wendy Wiegand holds professional memberships in the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors® and the North San Diego County Association of Realtors®.
