Needham Bank Gains Temporary Occupancy Permit for Newly Renovated Branch

NEEDHAM, Mass. - March 4, 2014 - PRLog -- NEEDHAM, MA, ISSUED March 4th, 2014 … Needham Bank has gained a temporary occupancy permit for the expansion of its Main Office at 1063 Great Plain Avenue. The full completion of Needham Bank’s renovated branch is slated for June 2014.

During the first phase, Needham Bank, in partnership with the Town of Needham, renovated the former town-owned Eaton Square parking lot. This lot has been expanded to 99 spaces and ultimately, upon completion of the project, there will be 126 parking spots in the lot. Full lighting, irrigation and plantings will be added to this space.

With the completion of the second phase of construction, Needham Bank will significantly expand its Main Office. Important features of the new Needham Bank facility will include increased handicapped accessibility, relocation of the Commercial and Residential Loan Department, and a free-standing, drive-up ATM.

Due to the harsh conditions this winter, the expected completion of the parking lot, main entrance and pedestrian walkway have been delayed and are scheduled to be finished on June 1st, 2014.
