Associated Right of Way Services Inc., Taps Industry Expert Richard Echols, Right of Way Consultant

PLEASANT HILL, Calif. - March 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Richard G. Echols, until recently Manager, Land Acquisition for Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), has joined Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., (AR/WS) as the newest member of the right of way and real estate consulting firm’s staff, taking on the position of Right of Way Consultant.

Echols began his forty-year career with PG&E in 1974 in Land Services, and rose to Senior Real Estate Transaction Specialist, then Supervisor, Land Acquisition, in Land and Environmental Management, before being named Manager, Land Acquisition, in 2012. His focus the past six years has been in leadership of PG&E’s Land Acquisition employees and establishing teams, consisting of union-represented and management employees, to support major company programs and initiatives, including Electric & Gas Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Resource Development, Environmental Remediation, and Power Generation. He served in that capacity before retiring from PG&E and accepting the position with AR/WS.
