Dr Salter said “Understanding body language is a skill that can help you to read different social situations and determine the mood of those around you.”
As an expert in human behaviour, the subject is close to Dr Salter’s heart and he is looking forward to sharing his findings with College students.
“Humans are generally very good at reading body language intuitively so the course is designed to take things a step further. It will provide a theoretical framework for students, allowing them to organise the intuitive skills they already possess to read people's behaviour more effectively.
“The lessons to be learnt are just as relevant in the home as well as in the outside world, and will help people to become good followers as well as good leaders.” Dr Salter said.
The College’s Body Language course will be held at their Ourimbah Campus on Thursday evenings commencing 29 May at a cost of $132 plus GST.
