This program gives dealership service staff the freedom to meet, greet and walk around the vehicle during the initial write-up process, giving them the ability to write and print a repair order, as well as fill out a multi-point inspection form within minutes – all while remaining in contact with the customer at their vehicle. This gives service writers an immensely powerful point-of-sale tool and the customers see it as huge benefit.
By using Mobility Pro, service writers can speed up the entire service process considerably, leading to a better customer experience and improved customer satisfaction.
