INSPIRED MAGAZINE ANNOUNCES DERRYL PITTS AS NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Indianapolis, IN —Inspired Kids is proud to announce that, effective Thursday, February 20^th, Derryl A. Pitts, of Fishers, IN, is serving as the Executive Director of Inspired Kids. Inspired Kids is a new nonprofit with the Fiscal Sponsorship of Pro(ACT) Community Partnerships and is the publisher of Inspired Magazine. Pitts is a strategic thinker with over 30-years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Pitts holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology, from Purdue University. He has completed post-graduate work towards a MBA in Marketing at both Texas A&M and California State University, and holds a Masters in Theology from Liberty University.

Pitts’ passion for community service has lead him to serve as a volunteer for Junior Achievement, the American Heart Association, Big Brothers of Orange County, the American Cancer Society, the Boy Scouts of America (where he was awarded the Cub Master of the year for the Indiana Crossroads Council), Fishers Youth SPORTS, Northway Christian Community Church, Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation. Pitts currently sits on the Purdue University Industrial Advisory Board for the College of Engineering Technology.

Inspired is now available monthly in print format at restaurants, museums, libraries, and many more places around central Indiana. Inspired is also available digitally as a downloadable application via Apple, Google and Amazon as well as a browser-based edition.
