LogicTree, LLC executes successful turnaround; promotes Brendan Roche to Chief Operations Officer

DENVER - March 4, 2014 - PRLog -- LogicTree, LLC has navigated rough waters and executed a successful turnaround to position itself as a market leading transit & traffic IVR provider.  Through the energetic leadership and turnaround expertise of former CEO Eric Davis, the company has been able to improve system stability, customer service, and end-user satisfaction.

Today, Brendan Roche is being promoted to Chief Operations Officer as a result of his software development industry knowledge, MBA, and exemplary leadership.  Brendan joined LogicTree in August of 2013.

Since then, he has been able to implement new development procedures, customer service, and system stability standards while hiring 7 key employees.  Furthermore, the company has consolidated and virtualized their servers with fellow Denver company ViaWest.  ViaWest will also provide full system 24/7/365 monitoring moving forward to provide ongoing improvements in server uptime.

Powered by additional investment from parent company FKR Acquisitions and restructuring, LogicTree is positioned for sustainable customer retention and growth.  Daniel Frydenlund has stepped back into the company’s CEO role to lead a merger and acquisition growth phase alongside Director of Corporate Development, C.J. Davis.  Dr. John A. Reeves Jr. will drive the company’s Board as Frydenlund takes an active management role.
